This role is with one of our portfolio companies.
Role & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for strategizing initiatives to elevate the company's brand identity and expand the share of voice for the brand by engaging in brand marketing and community efforts.
- Drive brand narratives across offline, digital and social media platforms for awareness, engagement, salience, and preference.
- Own creation of marketing programs, and multiple key traffic drivers, to acquire new customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and value positioning.
- Lead & Build Brand, Social & PR
- Implement brand monitoring tools and strategies to track online mentions and share of voice in the industry.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field with proven experience in brand marketing, with an experience of 5 to10 years in a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and community trends.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience of working in FMCG, Ecommerce or Consumer Tech would be an added advantage.
