About the Role


Edgistify is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives and accelerate revenue growth across strategic accounts. This leadership role demands a strong sales strategist who can identify high-value opportunities, forge long-term client partnerships, and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of enterprise sales, supply chain, and logistics solutions, combined with proven expertise in driving consistent business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Business Development


- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and secure enterprise-level clients.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries, leveraging market intelligence and competitor analysis.

- Build strategic alliances and partnerships to strengthen the companys presence in key sectors.

Sales Leadership & Team Management


- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.

- Define sales KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and implement performance improvement initiatives.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales organization.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management


- Engage and build relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.

- Drive the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.

- Maintain a deep understanding of client requirements to deliver tailored solutions and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting


- Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient opportunity management, and timely deal execution.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery excellence.

- Provide regular sales insights and business intelligence to senior leadership for strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications


Experience: Minimum 4+ years of proven success in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain domains.


Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals and consistently exceed sales targets.


Leadership: Strong people management skills with experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.


Strategic Acumen: Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and align sales strategies with organizational goals.


Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
