Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire E-commerce business (own website + marketplaces).
- Build and execute E-commerce strategy for catalogue, inventory, sales growth, and brand visibility.
- Handle product listings, SEO, keywords, offers, promotions, and data security.
- Train, guide, and monitor team performance with KPIs using CRM tools
- Coordinate with developers/partners to enhance website features UX.
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion, cart abandonment).
- Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, offers, campaigns).
- Manage budgets and drive profitability of the E-commerce vertical.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in E-commerce management.
- Strong knowledge of Marketplaces, SEO, Analytics, CRM tools.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with focus on sales profitability.
