We are seeking an Expert-Level E-Commerce Specialist with proven hands-on experience managing and scaling online business operations for a brand or manufacturer.

The ideal candidate will have worked across multiple e-commerce functions including cataloging, performance marketing, PPC, sales growth, account health, promotions, and overall marketplace management.

This role requires strong analytical ability, business acumen, and deep knowledge of e-commerce best practices.


Key Responsibilities


- Cataloging & Listings Management

- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, images, keywords).

- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Myntra, etc.

- Manage variations, categories, pricing, and product mapping effectively.


Performance & Growth


- Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, revenue, and market share.

- Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, ACOS, impressions, etc.) and implement corrective actions.

- Increase product visibility and organic rankings through SEO and promotional activities.


PPC & Paid Marketing

- Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Shopping, etc.

- Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI.

- Run experiments (A/B testing, keyword optimization, campaign structuring).


Sales & Business Development


- Drive end-to-end sales growth on e-commerce platforms.


- Implement cross-selling, bundling, and promotional campaigns.

- Analyze competitor performance and develop pricing strategies.


Operations & Account Management

- Handle order fulfillment, returns, and inventory planning.

- Ensure smooth account health, compliance, and dispute resolution with platforms.

- Liaise with marketplaces for promotional opportunities, deals, and events.


Requirements


- Proven expertise (5+ years) in e-commerce management, preferably with a brand/manufacturer background.

- Strong knowledge of cataloging, PPC, SEO, sales growth strategies, account management, and

promotions.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar platforms.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Analytics tools, and Reporting dashboards.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
