Salary: 15 LPA to 25 LPA (commensurate with experience & skills)

Experience: 10 to 15 years in e-commerce operations or related fields

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our digital retail operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the online retail ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will drive performance across digital channels, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure a world-class online shopping experience for our customers. Candidates with strong experience in logistics, customer experience, analytics, and e-commerce marketing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day digital commerce operations including product listings, promotions, stock levels, and order fulfillment.

- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, IT, and customer support teams to streamline backend processes.

- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and digital KPIs to identify improvement areas and growth strategies.

- Conduct market research to align products with local demand and buyer behavior.

- Mentor and manage the e-commerce team to achieve departmental and business goals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch performance-driven digital campaigns.

- Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with local and international laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1015 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods

- Proven expertise in managing e-commerce platforms and digital performance tools

- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory, customer engagement, and online payment systems

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

- Experience with international or cross-border e-commerce is a plus
