About Us:

We are an India-based mineral processing and manufacturing company focused exclusively on exports, with manufacturing plants in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, and Mundra, Gujarat. Most of our products are exported to Germany, where we also have an office. Our production processes include crushing, grinding, screening/sizing, rotary drying, material handling, blending and packing.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head who can independently manage our production operations and workforce.

The person will be responsible for:

- Overall plant production and daily operations

- Managing workers, supervisors and contract labour

- Production planning and achieving production targets

- Managing crushing, grinding, screening, drying and packing operations

- Coordinating plant maintenance and reducing machine downtime

- Implementing SOPs, discipline and professional working systems

- Identifying problems and implementing practical solutions

What We Are Looking For:

- 5 - 15 years of experience in plant/production management

- Experience in mineral processing, mining, refractory, ceramics, aggregates, chemicals or similar industries preferred

- Strong understanding of mechanical plants and machinery

- Experience managing labour and contract workers

- Comfortable working in a labour-intensive industrial environment

- Practical and hands-on approach rather than purely theoretical knowledge

- Ability to establish discipline, accountability and a professional work culture

- Willingness to spend significant time on the shop floor

Education:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred. Strong practical experience will also be considered.
