Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain marketing dashboards to track KPIs across all major digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, content, social). - Analyze campaign performance data, customer journeys, and conversion funnels to deliver actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agency partners to enhance segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies. - Support digital campaign planning and performance measurement using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, and similar platforms. - Conduct market, audience, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities. - Evaluate A/B testing results and recommend optimization strategies across channels. - Create regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and client teams. - Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals, customer behaviors, and digital trends. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a digital marketing/data analytics role. - Proven experience in working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel). - Strong understanding of digital marketing practices including SEO, SEM, CRM/email automation, and social media analytics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related platforms. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or any related quantitative field.
