Position Overview:
We are looking for Business Head Food Business Stores (Coffee Shops/ Kiosks) Establishment and Daily Operations Management at Corporates, Shopping Malls and at High Streets Business Locations (Non Corporates) to lead the planning, Vendor Tie ups, establishment of 200 various food brand cafeterias across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Establishment & Setup within Target Time Lines:
- Identify, evaluate, and finalize Cafetaria/kiosk locations based on market research, footfall, and revenue potential.
- Ensure design, layout, and setup of Cafetaria/kiosks in collaboration with architects, fabricators, and vendors.
- Negotiate with the site owners, mall/shop owners, corporate parks, transit hubs, Prime shopping center area vacant shops for Cafetaria/ kiosk business establishment.
- Ensure all Cafetaria/ kiosks comply with local health, safety, fire, and food licensing regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies for required approvals and permits.
- Procure required equipment, furniture, signage, POS systems, and raw materials within budget.
Operational Planning:
- Develop SOPs for Cafeteria/kiosk operations, including hygiene, safety, inventory, and service protocols.
- Identify the Vendors and negotiate prices for the Food Items.
- Design Menu and menu rates based on the business potential and delicacies of the town with management approval.
- Hire, train, and onboard kiosk staff to ensure adherence to quality and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with central kitchen (if applicable) or suppliers for consistent and timely food supply.
- Implement quality control measures for food safety and customer satisfaction.
Financial & Business Management:
- Investor Handling and Management.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-benefit analysis for cafeteria/ kiosk establishments.
- Monitor and control setup costs to align with business objectives.
- Track daily sales, expenses, and profitability of each Caffee shop/kiosk post-launch.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute kiosk-level promotional activities.
- Ensure Profitability of the Business.
- Ensure Social Marketing and Influencer marketing to increase the foot falls of the coffee shops to increase the revenue.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of kiosk staff, supervisors, and support personnel.
- Act as the key point of contact between corporate management, vendors, and location owners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of kiosks and identify areas of improvement.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, vendor contracts, and establishment documentation.
- Generate periodic reports on kiosk performance, expansion progress, and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food industry norms, and government regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15 to 20 years of experience in cafetaria Food type businesses, or franchise business setup/operations.
- Should have the experience of managing multiple Coffee shops with Business P&L responsibilities.
- Candidate should be similar industries managing the chain of franchise businesses such as Café Coffee Day, Star Bucks, Blue Tokai, Third wave coffee, Theobroma, Pizza Hut, McD, Chai Point, Burger King, KFC etc.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, local municipal laws).
- Proven track record in project management, vendor management, and site development.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost optimization.

You will report to Founder & CEO of the EBG Group.
Reporting Office:
You will be based at our new EBG Group Office around Madhapur/Hitec City Area, Hyderabad.
6 Days working (Monday to Saturday).
