Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager with experience in handling end-to-end sales operations within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets through effective client management and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure to post-sales relationship management.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate segment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales strategies aligned with company goals.

- Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and product presentations to corporate clients.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation for all corporate deals.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Key Requirements:

- 25 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales within the FMCG sector.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales processes and achieving targets.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to build strong professional relationships and work effectively under pressure.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
