About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product positioning, and market enablement initiatives for our suite of payment and financial solutions.
This role will be pivotal in bridging product innovation with market adoption by defining positioning, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with target customers. You will work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches
- Develop, plan, and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to differentiate Easebuzz in the fintech market.
- Collaborate with product management to understand features, roadmap, and customer pain points.
- Drive end-to-end launch planning, from pre-launch research to post-launch performance tracking.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and threats.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to shape product messaging and feature prioritization.
- Partner with sales to translate insights into customer-focused campaigns and sales enablement materials.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Create sales collateral, product decks, case studies, and battle cards to enable the sales team.
- Train sales teams on product positioning, competitive differentiation, and objection handling.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to design campaigns that generate leads and pipeline.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Define and track KPIs for product adoption, campaign ROI, and revenue impact.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and BI dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously refine GTM strategies based on performance data and feedback loops.
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Masters degree (MBA in Marketing/Strategy) is preferred.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Product Marketing within SaaS, Payments, or FinTech industry.
Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional Skills
- Expertise in market research, segmentation, and GTM strategy execution.
- Strong knowledge of product marketing frameworks, lifecycle management, and positioning.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and marketing automation tools.
- Exposure to the fintech/payments ecosystem is a strong plus.
