Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new BFSI clients and manage assigned accounts
- Conduct solution discussions with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and financial institutions
- Achieve revenue and growth targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Track client performance and provide regular reports
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in BFSI sales or fintech business development
- Good understanding of BFSI products and processes
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong execution skills
