Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive engagement through discussions, product updates, AMAs, and community-led initiatives.
- Establish E2E as a preferred platform among developers, startups, and AI builders.
Technical Content & Thought Leadership:
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex tech into high-impact content.
- Publish content that drives organic discovery, developer trust, and inbound demand.
Developer Advocacy & Influencer Partnerships:
- Build advocacy programs including ambassadors, early adopters, and power users.
- Drive credibility through hands-on demos, tutorials, and real-world use cases.
Startup & Ecosystem Partnerships:
- Design co-marketing initiatives, credits programs, and joint GTM strategies
- Drive adoption within early-stage and growth-stage startups.
Government & Institutional Marketing:
- Support marketing efforts for PSU and government-focused initiatives
- Position E2E within national AI and cloud ecosystem narratives.
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation:
- Focus on high-quality lead generation (MQL SQL), CAC optimization, and ROI
- Integrate paid, organic, and community-led growth strategies.
Positioning, Messaging & ICP Definition (Critical):
- Build clear, differentiated messaging for E2Es cloud and AI offerings
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to sharpen positioning.
Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with sales teams to improve conversion rates and deal velocity
- Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and sales narratives.
Metrics, Analytics & Growth Tracking:
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
- Continuously optimize campaigns, content, and community efforts using data insights.
Team Leadership:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership
- Build a high-ownership, experimentation-driven marketing culture.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystem, open-source culture, and community-led growth
- Proven experience in technical content marketing and demand generation
- Exposure to developer advocacy, influencer marketing, or community building
- Strong grasp of performance marketing, funnel metrics, and CAC optimization
- Experience in defining ICP, positioning, and GTM strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to government or public sector ecosystem
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, analytics platforms, etc.
