Qualification & Experience:

The ideal candidate will hold an MBA and/or an engineering degree, preferably with a specialization in Sales and Marketing, from a recognized institution.

Should have 1012 years of overall experience in software product and IT-enabled solution sales, with at least 45 years of direct experience selling software solutions to government clients.

Required Skill Set:

- Proven success in selling high-value software and cloud-based solutions.

- In-depth understanding of the procurement processes of government bodies, including Central Ministries, State Departments, and PSUs.

- Strong network and experience collaborating with System Integrators (SIs) to strengthen market presence.

- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new business.

- Skilled in sales forecasting and strategic planning based on market insights.

- Strong account management capabilities and sound business acumen.

- Hands-on experience in working with SIs and partners on complex, large-scale government deals.

- Ability to formulate and execute go-to-market strategies, including competitor and market analysis.

- Adept at engaging with CXO-level stakeholders in government organizations.

- Familiarity with key nodal agencies and departments such as MeitY, NIC, CSIR, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development efforts across Central and State government departments, PSUs, and nodal agencies for Cloud, ICT, GPU Cloud, and AI-driven projects on a PAN-India level.

- Assist government clients in the creation of RFPs, helping position E2E Cloud as a preferred solution partner.

- Build and manage strategic alliances and partnerships to support large deal closures.

- Identify and target key government accounts, creating and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

- Manage and enable local channel and sales partners to drive lead generation and deal closures.

- Drive direct sales of cloud and infrastructure services to government organizations.

- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to bid submission and contract negotiation.

- Contribute to business planning, growth strategy, and expansion of the customer base within the government vertical.

- Ensure effective account management, delivering excellent customer experience and enabling repeat business, cross-sells, and upgrades.

- Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations tailored to government use cases.

- Position E2E Cloud's solutions as competitive and specification-compliant offerings in tenders and bids.

- Develop compelling value propositions for government clients aligned with their strategic priorities.

- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.

- Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Deep expertise in public sector tendering and procurement processes.

- Strong working knowledge of the GeM Portal from both the supplier and buyer perspectives.

- Proven ability to support nationwide sales operations for government accounts.

- Strong analytical capabilities to identify competitive gaps and formulate winning bid strategies for large government tenders.
