Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts in the Ecommerce Division. This leadership role demands a data-driven, ROI-focused professional with deep experience across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid marketing platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in marketing strategy, digital channel optimization, analytics, and customer lifecycle management with a strong bias toward execution and scaling. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced D2C environment, drive business outcomes, and shape our growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Design and execute full-funnel, cross-channel paid acquisition strategies (Google Ads, Meta, Display, Native, Affiliates).

- Develop innovative and cost-efficient paid campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, new customer acquisition, and repeat purchases.

2. Growth and ROI Optimization

- Manage monthly performance budgets and daily optimization to meet aggressive ROI, CAC, and LTV targets.

- Maximize channel-level performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS) while ensuring overall campaign efficiency.

3. Analytics & Attribution

- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Branch, Adjust, and Appsflyer to track, analyze, and report performance.

- Drive A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously optimize performance.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with content, product, design, and technology teams to align campaigns with business goals.

- Partner with CRM and lifecycle marketing to improve customer retention and repeat purchase rates.

5. Funnel Ownership & Customer Journey

- Own the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel from impression to conversion and beyond.

- Contribute to user experience improvements across website, app, and landing pages based on traffic behavior and insights.

6. D2C Leadership & Innovation

- Champion our D2C digital marketing initiatives and identify new growth hacks, channels, or partnerships to accelerate scale.

- Continuously refine strategies to enhance customer delight, engagement, and advocacy (NPS, CAC:LTV).


Who You Are:

- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.

- 36 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in a D2C ecommerce brand or digital agency.

- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate channels.

- Analytical and results-oriented, with proficiency in performance metrics, cohort analysis, and budget modeling.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage company.

- Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Branch, and advanced Excel/Sheets.
