
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google, Meta, Affiliate, Display, etc.).
- Continuously monitor and refine campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives to improve efficiency and performance.
Strategic Growth Planning
- Develop and lead end-to-end digital customer acquisition strategies focused on new user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Own performance marketing budgets, channel mix, and cost-efficiency metrics like CPA, ROAS, LTV/CAC.
Channel Optimization
- Drive performance across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Display, Native, and Affiliate channels.
- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging with audience segmentation and journey stages.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against key KPIs (traffic, sales, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROI).
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies for continuous optimization.
Customer Experience & Funnel Ownership
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to improve the end-to-end online customer journey.
- Drive D2C initiatives and enhance customer engagement metrics including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and session-level analytics.
Innovation & Experimentation
- Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns and 10X growth initiatives to unlock new acquisition or referral channels.
- Evaluate emerging platforms and technologies to expand the performance marketing ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Integration
- Collaborate with CRM, analytics, brand, and sales teams to ensure holistic funnel visibility and consistent messaging across touchpoints.
- Align digital strategy with offline efforts and contribute to omnichannel growth planning.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 24 years in performance/digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce or D2C-focused organizations or digital agencies.
- Tools & Platforms: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution platforms such as Appsflyer, Branch, or Adjust.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Expertise in creating full-funnel digital marketing strategiespaid, organic, affiliate, and remarketing.
- Customer Focused: Experience in building and optimizing the online customer journey to drive engagement and conversion.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
