Scope of Work
- To run the all India service teams centrally
- Set up and streamline workflows for preventive maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, battery swaps, and vehicle refurbishments
- Team Management: Hire, train, and manage Service Engineers (Technical).
- Service MIS: Monitor and maintain Service MIS to address real-time issues and enhance tech/product functionality.
- Implement systems for logging, tracking, and resolving service tickets with real-time visibility.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, checklists, and audit frameworks for service operations.
- Act as the escalation point for critical service issues from field teams, customers, or channel partners.
- Performance & Compliance: Ensure team performance aligns with electrical codes and standards.
- Stock Management: Maintain stock availability and collaborate with the Supply team to meet operational needs.
- Tools & Technology: Equip the team with the latest tools and technology for optimal performance.
