Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 3-7 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across diverse platforms. This Work from Office role, based in Sector 62, Noida, is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, performance marketing, and content management.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs, along with a working knowledge of content authoring, CSS, and updating content in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or similar).

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Drive qualified traffic and leads through both paid and organic strategies

- Implement and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to boost website ranking and visibility

- Manage Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Online Reputation Management (ORM)

- Run email marketing campaigns and newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

- Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver engaging, on-brand creatives

- Create, update, and manage content across digital platforms using CMS tools (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)

- Apply basic CSS knowledge for minor web formatting and styling adjustments

- Build and manage content calendars for blogs and social media

- Track and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing execution

- Stay up-to-date with evolving digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing like BCA, B.Tech and master's degree in MBA, MCA, M.Tech.

- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content management

Proficient in:

- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

- Google Analytics & Search Console

- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

- SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs

- Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar

- CMS Platforms: WordPress, Drupal, or similar (for content creation and updates)

- Basic CSS knowledge (for styling, formatting, or minor layout changes)

- Experience in content authoring and applying on-page SEO techniques

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and data-driven marketing

- Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills

- Ability to manage deadlines, content calendars, and multiple campaigns effectively
