About The Role:


We are seeking a Growth Consultant who will bring a deep understanding of growth marketing with strong expertise in performance marketing, paid media campaigns, and SEO.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can seamlessly bridge client business goals with innovative digital solutions.


As a Lead, you will manage multiple brand accounts, foster strong client relationships, and work closely with crossfunctional teams to plan and execute impactful campaigns that drive measurable results.


What Youll Do:


- Act as the strategic lead for key client accountsowning end-to-end client communication and business growth.


- Understand client objectives and develop full-funnel performance-focused digital strategies encompassing paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, nurturing and content marketing.


- Drive planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.


- Collaborate closely with internal creative, media buying, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure aligned, results-driven execution.


- Analyze campaign performance, prepare actionable insights, and lead client presentations with a focus on continuous improvement.


- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.


- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and digital innovations to bring fresh thinking and strategic input to all initiatives.


- Mentor and guide junior account managers to build a high-performing client servicing team.


What Were Looking For:


- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital account management or client servicing, preferably in a digital agency or integrated marketing environment.


- Proven experience in running and managing paid performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.


- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, keyword strategies, and technical optimization.


- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM & nurturing tools such as Hubspot, Lead Squared, etc.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex digital concepts for clients.


- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts and teams simultaneously.


- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
