Role & responsibilities
- Handling HR Operations projects for all the factories
- Handling Plant HR Team for Manpower planning, Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy, factory compliances and administrative part.
- Taking care of all the Safety Compliances should be followed at Plant level.
- Employee relations and industrial relations.
- Manpower planning and budgeting
- MIS and reporting
- Travelling to plant location as required
Qualifications / experience required:
- MBA HR with 6 plus years of experience in Factory HRBP
- Manpower planning, talent acquisition management
- Working knowledge of Industrial relations
