
Position: Enterprise Sales Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and business expansion for DronaHQ, a cutting-edge low-code platform for building internal tools and apps. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, consultative selling, account development, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Business Expansion
- Drive top-line growth by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Create revenue strategies, detailed account plans, and business processes for account management.
- Take full ownership of revenue targets and outcomes for assigned regions/accounts.
- Collaborate closely with clients and partners across India to deliver measurable sales impact.
2. Strategic Planning
- Identify high-quality new business opportunities using a structured and data-driven approach.
- Develop and execute territory plans to reach top-level decision-makers.
- Map organizational hierarchies and political dynamics to tailor sales strategies.
- Understand buyer behavior and align proposals accordingly.
3. Consultative Sales
- Influence decision-makers by identifying needs, framing ROI, and articulating DronaHQ's value proposition.
- Conduct impactful one-on-one engagements with IT and business leaders, including CIOs and department heads.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle.
4. Opportunity & Account Management
- Own and maintain detailed Account Plans and Opportunity Plans.
- Conduct pipeline reviews and monitor deal progress across all stages.
- Ensure a healthy mix of repeat and new business from managed accounts.
5. Team Leadership
- Lead by example while aligning the team to sales targets and customer objectives.
- Motivate and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Ensure team awareness of client expectations, business goals, and sales processes.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in product led sales in B2B/enterprise to the IT organization {CIO/CTO} in India Geo
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech/BCA) / MBA
- Location: Based in Mumbai or open to relocating.
- Skills & Attributes: - Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong situational awareness and stakeholder management capabilities.
