Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Strengthen media relationships, craft impactful press communications, lead PR for events and partnerships, monitor and report coverage, manage crisis communication, support leadership messaging, and ensure.

- Drishti's brand reputation remains consistent, credible, and positively visible across platforms.

Major KRAs:

- Media Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.

- Press & Content: Draft and release press notes, media kits, speeches, and official statements.

- Event PR: Lead PR for MoUs, partnerships, academic events, CSR activities, and key announcements.

- Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, analyze sentiment, and prepare regular reports.

- Crisis Communication: Manage sensitive issues and safeguard the brand's reputation.

- Leadership Support: Prepare Q&As, talking points, and communication briefs for senior leadership.

- Collaboration: Align PR efforts with marketing and digital campaigns for maximum impact.

Specific Knowledge & Skills:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.

- 8-10 years of proven experience in Public Relations, preferably in the EdTech or Education sector.

- Strong expertise in Hindi media coverage, with an established network across leading print, digital, and electronic platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute large-scale PR campaigns in education and learning domains.

- Excellent command over both Hindi and English for drafting, media interactions, and official communication.

- Proven track record in crisis communication, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.

- Skilled in media tracking, PR analytics tools, and content drafting (press releases, speeches, media kits).

- Confident and effective in high-pressure, high-visibility situations, with the ability to represent the brand at national forums.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with leadership, faculty, and external partners.
