
Account Manager - Event Tech

Job Overview:
Were looking for a motivated Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our event technology solutions. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for event tech and a knack for client service. Youll oversee event tech deployments, guide clients through our products, and ensure their events run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the event process.
- Project Coordination: Manage the implementation and execution of event technology, working with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Consultative Sales: Identify upsell opportunities by understanding client goals and offering relevant solutions.
- Support: Provide proactive event tech support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing event outcomes.
- Reporting & Insights: Analyze event performance and deliver actionable insights for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in Account Management (preferably in event tech, SaaS, or related fields).
- Familiarity with event technology (virtual platforms, AV tech, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage client expectations.
- Bachelors / masters degree or equivalent experience preferred.
