JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Overview:

We are looking for an analytical and commercially oriented Business Finance & FP&A professional to support strategic finance initiatives across the organisation. The role will partner closely with business and functional leaders to drive financial performance, budgeting, profitability, cost optimisation and operational excellence across branches in India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, estimates and long-term financial planning at the entity and branch level.

- Prepare and analyse monthly MIS, management dashboards and Board presentations.

- Analyse revenue, EBITDA margins, costs and other key operational and financial metrics.

- Partner with centre heads and functional leaders to identify opportunities for margin improvement.

- Conduct detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts and recommend corrective actions.

- Prepare financial projections and business cases for new branch expansions.

- Support management in strategic decision-making through financial analysis and actionable business insights.

- Drive cost optimisation and profitability improvement initiatives across functions.

- Support automation and improvement of MIS and reporting processes using tools such as Power BI.

- Work closely with Accounts, Treasury, Tax, Operations and other functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.

Qualification & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A / Business Finance.

- Experience in Healthcare, Retail or B2C businesses will be preferred.

- Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

- Ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable insights.
