About the Role:
As a Marketing head you will be responsible for driving the hospital's growth, reputation, and patient engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. This role is crucial where patient acquisition, retention, and brand differentiation are key to success.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the hospital's vision and business objectives.
- This includes identifying opportunities to attract new patients and foster loyalty among existing ones.
Brand Management:
- Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Continuously monitor and improve the hospital's reputation and public perception.
Public Relations:
- Manage media relations, crisis communication, and public announcements.
Market Research & Analytics:
- Conduct market research to understand patient needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with clinical staff, hospital leadership, and other departments to promote new services and ensure cohesive communication.
- Organise events, camps and hyper local activities to drive footfall. Lead and manage the marketing spends.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience (often 8-10 years) in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior management role within healthcare or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, ethical marketing practices, and industry trends.
