Key Responsibilities:

- Integrated Strategy: Build and execute comprehensive marketing plans across both digital and traditional channels.

- Brand Management: Lead our brand positioning, storytelling, and overall communication strategy.

- Performance Marketing: Directly manage campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads, as well as other channels such as SEO, email, and influencers.

- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to make data-driven decisions that improve ROI and drive customer acquisition.

- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution of all marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 4+ years in a marketing role, with a strong preference for experience in the D2C and/or healthtech industries.

- Skill Set: A solid understanding of both brand and performance marketing.

- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to scale customer acquisition and engagement.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing tools like Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Personal Attributes: A self-starter with great communication and analytical skills.
