We are aggressively expanding with a mission of 100 centers across India & International in the next three years and now we are venturing our first hospital into Middle East starting with Dubai.  Refer: - www.dragarwal.com-   Job Description-   Objective -   Responsible for Dubai Operations and Business Development.  Role -  - Responsible for independent profit center, existing location growth and Network expansion.   - Oversee the organization's ongoing operations and ensure optimum level of performance of the operations team in terms of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue & profitability.  - Drive profitability and bring operational excellence in the hospital.  - Formulate and strategise marketing and business development activities in the assigned region.  - Responsible for increasing footfalls in the hospitals through multiple BD channels.  - Working with the top management for further expansion and strategy decisions.  Qualities -  - P&L focused - strong understanding of cost structures and profitability.  - Should have prior experience in creating business from scratch and expanding especially in Middle East.  - Candidate should have understanding of Middle East markets on local compliances & statutory requirements.  - Strong Leadership acumen, problem solving &- communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.  - Ability to network with Doctors, Corporates, PR & marketing and open structured channels of growth.  Note - Candidates having work experience in Middle East market only preferred.
