Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategy development, and media buying.
- Proven track record of working with international clients across multiple sectors.
- Strong command of platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and relevant tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Insights, CRMs, etc.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) client-facing experience is
essential.
- Ability to lead client conversations, deliver presentations, and close deals based on strategic plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing tactics.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Background working in digital marketing agencies or client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead digital marketing strategies tailored for international clients across different
industries.
- Pitch strategies confidently to prospects and clients, explaining marketing plans in a clear, business-oriented manner.
- Own the full funnel from strategy creation and client onboarding to campaign execution and growth optimization.
- Run media buying campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc., with a focus on conversions and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, tech, and sales) to execute strategies effectively and efficiently.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and optimize for better outcomes.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact for strategy discussions and performance reviews.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations in the global market.
