Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager - Key Accounts to manage and expand relationships with major enterprise customers. Based in Mumbai, this on-site role will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic account management, new business development, and customized solution selling. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success while identifying new market opportunities within targeted industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key and major accounts
- Drive business growth through strategic account planning and execution
- Identify new market opportunities, generate qualified leads, and expand the customer base
- Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to understand business needs
- Propose and deliver customized coding and marking solutions aligned with client requirements
- Execute targeted business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales support, service, marketing, and operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Track opportunities, pipelines, and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Represent Domino Printech at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, key account management, and customer relationship management within a B2B environment
- Strong expertise in sales strategy development, lead generation, and market expansion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative, customer-centric solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software, documentation tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in industries such as healthcare, food, beverage, or commercial printing is highly advantageous
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience handling major accounts with an established industry network preferred
