Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Accounting.

Role Overview:

- The Controller will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across multiple business units.

- This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong knowledge of apparel/fashion industry operations - including inventory, costing, and intercompany accounting - as well as fluency with ERP and PLM systems.

- The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Momentis, WFX, Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP), and Power BI, along with a track record of driving process improvements, managing audits, and building efficient, scalable accounting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities.

- Lead the accounting team and manage all aspects of financial operations, including GL, AR/AP, inventory, payroll, and consolidations.

- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

- Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation.

- Partner with senior management to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.

- Manage external audits and coordinate with tax and compliance advisors.

- Oversee ERP and reporting systems - optimizing workflows and integrations with Momentis, WFX, and Great Plains.

- Develop financial dashboards and analytics using Power BI to enhance decision-making and operational visibility.

- Support cross-functional initiatives related to automation, inventory valuation, and system implementations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

- 8 + years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller capacity.

- Prior experience in apparel/fashion, consumer products, or retail industries required Strong technical accounting knowledge (U.S. GAAP, consolidations, inventory, and cost accounting).

- Hands-on experience with Momentis, WFX, Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Power BI.

- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple entities, and thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
