Dixon Technologies - Plant Finance Head - CA

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the financial performance of the plant by preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Oversee product costing, pricing strategy development, and inventory management to ensure optimal profitability.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all financial transactions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in plant operations.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification in finance & accounts.

- Strong knowledge of balance sheet analysis, budgeting, MIS reporting, product costing, and pricing strategies.

- Proven track record of managing complex financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping
