Divisional Finance Controller - FP&A & Business Finance

Role:

- Divisional Finance Controller, reporting into CFO, who can drive a high growth division. The company is an iconic Indian brand and the parent entity is a listed company.

- This division (aerospace component manufacturing) is growing 2X y-o-y and a strong Business Finance Partner who can work closely with the Business Head and CFO to drive Capex decisions, Opex controls, Budget to Actuals Planning and Cash Flow Decisions through strong FP&A and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- FP&A: Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking; drive variance analysis and actionable insights

- Cost & Profitability: Track landed costs (freight, duty, forex) and monitor cost vs. plan to protect margins

- Working Capital: Drive cash flow, optimize inventory, receivables, and payables; improve cash conversion cycle

- Capex: Evaluate and track returns on capex (warehousing, supply chain, systems)

- Decision Support: Enable data-driven decisions via scenario modeling and business partnering

- Governance: Ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and audit/compliance adherence

Profile:

- CA / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance)

- 12-18 years total experience with majority exp in Manufacturing Org.

- Strong in FP&A, costing and working capital management
