Job Title: Director of Sales (Within India)

Job Summary: As the Director of Sales for the India market, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing market share. Youll win IT Services business in Indias private sector (non-government and education) business domain, ensuring alignment with DivIHNs existing service offerings while adapting to local market nuances. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning And Execution:


- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across India.

- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

- Manage the entire sales life cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

- Enhance and adopt current Marketing Function to create sales leads in India.

- Align sales initiatives with marketing and services teams.

Client And Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Negotiate high-value deals and manage key accounts.

- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Market Intelligence:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

- Use AI and data-driven insights to target active buyers.

- Maintain the sales pipeline in CRM and provide regular reports on performance and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales in IT Services.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams.

- Deep understanding of the Indian market landscape and customer behavior.

Skills And Capabilities:


- Ability to design and execute scalable sales plans.

- Inspire and guide teams to peak performance.

- Strong interpersonal and deal-closing skills.

- Proficiency in tools like CRM and Marketing Technology tools.

- Ability to interpret trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
