Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 8+ years of experience in business development, with current designation as Director or Head of Business Development
Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have experience in new logo acquisition, strategic sales, and CXO-level consultative selling in UX/IT Consulting or Management Consulting firms.
Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must be an outward-facing, client-facing leader who has directly led end-to-end consultative sales engagements and closed enterprise deals.
Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation/intelligence tools, and sales analytics to track and drive performance.
Mandatory (Education) - MBA (preferably from outside India) is highly preferred, especially with experience at Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting companies.
Mandatory (Company) - Management Consulting firms or B2B service agencies (IT/UX)
Mandatory (Note) - Avoid profiles from EdTech or Manufacturing industry.
Mandatory (Note) - Candidates should be based out of Pune or Mumbai.
