Director Total Rewards & Performance Management Reporting to Compensation Head Purpose of the role: Director Total Rewards & Performance Management has the responsibility of driving all the Total Rewards and Performance Management related initiatives across the organization. This role will also have the additional responsibility of managing polices. Responsibilities: Strategic: - Oversee salary benchmarking exercise and creation of salary ranges - Contribute towards formulation of Annual Compensation Review guidelines - Contribute towards formulation of promotion and variable pay guidelines - Oversee formulation and review of C&B manuals - Work with HR BPs across all geographies to bring in standardisation of C&B processes - Work with vendors on the design and implementation of the compensation review tool - Oversee the enhancement of the existing performance management process - Oversee the enhancement of the existing performance management tool - Work with HR BPs to improve the efficiency of the performance management process - Oversee the regular review and update of policies Operational: - Manage the day to day operations of the performance management and the total rewards team - Stakeholder management to ensure smooth operations of the total rewards and performance management processes Key Performance Indicators: - Seamless execution of all total rewards and performance management processes - Process improvements to build efficiencies - iVoc scores Desired Experience - 10-15 years' HR experience with at least 10 years' experience in a team management - Experience in areas of Total Rewards and Performance Management - Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders across multiple locations - Proven experience in managing teams
