Job Description:
Client: A leading multinational IT services company
- More than 18+ yrs of experience in Recruitment, leading hiring & onboarding in IT services
- Successfully meeting hiring goals and onboarding professionals in key technology domains specifically at Hyderabad.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation & onboarding.
- Creating seamless end-to-end recruitment processes, from manpower planning to onboarding, ensuring talent integration at all organisation levels.
- Develop & implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.
- Bring thought leadership to Recruitment forecasting, planning, strategizing and delivery.
- Expert in Senior stakeholder management.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities and expectations.
- Designing innovative approaches for the hiring process. Designing and implementing strategic hiring initiatives.
- Create, Drive and execute a strong recruitment strategy to effectively achieve hiring goals through accurate forecasting and strong leadership for Hyderabad location.
- Well honed strategic approach to attract top- tier talent and creating a compelling employer brand
- Handled hiring of at least 300 - 400 professionals in a Quarter
- Expertise in hiring for multiple Technology stacks
- Strong experience of Hyderabad market.
