We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader with over 18 years of experience in driving end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building hiring strategies, managing recruitment teams, and partnering with business leaders to attract top talent globally. This role requires deep expertise in talent markets, employer branding, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs across technical (IT, engineering, product, data science) and non-technical (sales, HR, finance, operations) domains.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
End-to-End Hiring:
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for senior and niche roles.
- Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Manage vendor relationships, recruitment agencies, and job boards.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and lead recruitment teams, ensuring high performance and capability development.
- Establish recruitment KPIs and monitor performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire).
- Implement best practices in candidate experience and employer branding.
Technology & Innovation:
- Leverage ATS, HRIS, and digital platforms for efficient recruitment processes.
- Explore AI-driven sourcing tools and data analytics to optimize hiring.
- Stay updated with evolving recruitment trends and talent market dynamics.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 18+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition across technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of global talent markets and industry-specific hiring practices.
- Expertise in leadership hiring, campus recruitment, and volume hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
