About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Director Talent Acquisition (Executive Search) to lead and grow our Executive Search practice.
The ideal candidate will be a senior or partner-level leader from the global executive search industry with extensive experience in the IT & Technology domain.
This role requires deep expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and building strong relationships with CXO-level talent and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Executive Search assignments for senior leadership and CXO-level roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the IT & Technology industry, providing market insights and talent intelligence.
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with global and domestic clients, ensuring high service quality and repeat business.
- Drive business growth through proactive client engagement, new account development, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead research, talent mapping, and market benchmarking for senior-level mandates.
- Oversee the development of high-quality search strategies, candidate assessments, evaluation reports, and recommendations.
- Mentor, guide, and manage a team of consultants, ensuring capability building and excellence in delivery.
- Ensure strong governance, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all executive search processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and leadership movement within the IT & Technology landscape.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 20+ years of solid experience in Executive Search, ideally at a Senior Consultant / Director / Partner level.
- Proven track record in managing and closing CXO, senior leadership, and niche strategic roles.
- Deep industry knowledge and strong networks within the IT & Technology vertical.
- Strong business development acumen with experience managing global enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage and lead high-performing teams with a focus on quality and execution excellence.
