Position Description Company is seeking a Director of Solutions Sales. The role will be based out of Hyderabad. Primary Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the region. - Driving digital sales such as cloud, app development, digital transformation and managed services and other digital solutions etc. - Responsible for overall performance of Sales in India. - Manage and own regional future planning, sales forecast, and budgeting process. - Establish high performing sales team for the region focused on growing the business through the maintenance and development of sales leads and opportunities. - Capable executive to take up the responsibility of a brand ambassador of the company for the region - Capable of engaging the leaders and holding CXO level conversations and connects to help them achieve business objectives. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. - Drive partner led sales and build network for the region.
