The Director HR plays a crucial role in building a top notch HR function that supports our rapid growth and promotes a culture of engagement and high performance. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to shape our people strategy and influence the future of our fast paced organization.

Reporting To: Co-Founder

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director - HR to shape and drive the people agenda as we move fast forward. This leader will be a key partner to the Founders and Business Heads, playing a pivotal role in building a scalable, future-ready organization, with strong culture, governance and talent systems.

Responsibilities

- Lead the HR transformation with a strong focus on governance, compliance, disclosures, and workforce transparency.

- Organization Design: Build a scalable org structure to support fast-paced growth and public-market expectations.

- Culture & Change Management: Preserve the Purplle culture while strengthening processes, discipline, and readiness for scale.

- People Processes & Systems: Strengthen performance management, HR tech, and people analytics to enable data-led decisions.

- Partner closely with Finance and Founders to support investor relations, due diligence, and board reporting on people metrics.

- Overseeing the HR function, working on critical HR projects and crafting strategies, policies and processes that fuel our business growth.

- Partner with the platform and retail business team to drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and collaborative company culture.

Qualifications

- Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration from pedigree MBA institutes

- 15+ years of experience in HR, with a balanced mix of established setups and high-growth startup environment.

- Deep expertise in building org capability, people strategy, and scalable systems.

- Strong business acumen, maturity to engage with founders, board, and investors.

- Hands-on, agile leader who can operate at both strategic and execution leve
