Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI, Digital Transformation and Innovation Leader to drive enterprise adoption of AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and digital platforms. The role will define and execute the AI and digital strategy, lead high-impact products and transformation initiatives, establish responsible AI governance, and build scalable AI and automation capabilities across the organization.

The role will connect business strategy, product, technology, data, UX, operations, and governance to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience, employee productivity, operational efficiency, and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Strategy & Innovation:

- Define and drive the enterprise AI and GenAI strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases.

- Drive AI innovation through PoCs, emerging technologies, strategic partnerships, and industry best practices.

- Establish AI adoption and literacy programs across the organization.

2. AI Products & Digital Transformation:

- Lead the roadmap for AI-powered products, intelligent insights, copilots, self-service platforms, and digital experiences.

- Transform customer and employee journeys through digital platforms, AI, analytics, and automation.

- Define business and technology requirements and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled solutions.

- Measure adoption, business impact, ROI, and continuous improvement.

3. Intelligent Automation & AI Engineering:

- Build and scale enterprise capabilities across GenAI, ML, MLOps, RPA, intelligent automation, and AI platforms.

- Establish reusable AI platforms, frameworks, standards, and services.

- Drive a scalable hub-and-spoke operating model, enabling AI capabilities across business functions while maintaining centralized standards.

4. Responsible AI & Governance:

- Establish and implement responsible AI governance covering model risk, data privacy, security, human oversight, and regulatory compliance.

- Partner with Architecture, Data Governance, Security, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.

- Establish appropriate standards for AI development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

5. Digital & AI Center of Excellence:

- Lead the AI, Intelligent Automation & Digital Center of Excellence.

- Establish operating models, governance frameworks, technology standards, and best practices.

- Build and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams across AI, digital, product, automation, data, and technology.

- Enable collaboration between central AI teams and business-aligned delivery teams.

6. Stakeholder & Business Leadership:

- Partner with senior business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable digital and AI solutions.

- Manage relationships with global stakeholders, clients, technology partners, vendors, startups, and external ecosystem partners.

- Present AI strategy, investment priorities, progress, risks, and business outcomes to senior leadership.

Ideal Background:

- 18 - 20+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, technology strategy, product leadership, intelligent automation, or innovation.

- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI/digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, Machine Learning, MLOps, RPA, cloud AI platforms, data, and digital technologies.

- Experience building or leading an AI/Digital Center of Excellence or similar enterprise function.

- Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other highly governed environments is preferred.

- Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, security, model risk, and responsible AI.

- Demonstrated ability to translate technology opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, influencing, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

- Experience working with global/US-based clients and stakeholders.

- Willingness to work in US hours when required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

- 18 - 20+ years of relevant professional experience, with significant experience in senior leadership roles.

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology, AI, automation, and digital transformation programs.

- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
