Responsibilities: Compensation, Benefits and Recognition: - Develop and manage the organization's compensation strategy, ensuring it aligns with global guidelines, industry benchmarks and internal equity. - Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits. - Conduct regular compensation analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices. - Assess the employee benefits on continuous basis and propose the appropriate changes on ongoing basis. - Lead the country compensation review and bonus process for all BUs from global platform to local payroll system and oversee the monthly payroll from HR process point of view - Develop and implement an employee rewards and recognition to boost the employee performance and productivity. - Partner with HRBPs and leadership to co-create a culture of appreciation and recognition, including milestone celebrations and reward programs. - Measure the effectiveness of recognition initiatives and make improvements based on feedback and data. HR Analytics: - Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data on global HRIS platform - Establish and manage HR analytics initiatives, using data to make informed decisions regarding compensation, performance, and employee engagement. - Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior management. - Collaborate with HR teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through data analysis. HR Operations: - Lead the team to manage effectively the complete employee life cycle - Build an impactful onboarding program for all new joiners - Lead and mentor the team to manage the most effective employee experience during their lifecycle. - Strategies and implement the best in class offboarding for employees. Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits. - Prepare and submit required reports and disclosures as per Indian laws. - Lead and mentor a team of compensation analysts, recognition coordinators, and HR data analysts. - Provide guidance and support to team members in carrying out their respective functions. - Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations related to all statutory requirements . - Lead all the HR audits (local/global) for India
