Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and execution of the global compensation strategy across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive periodic and ad hoc reward analytics to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic compensation decisions for employees and business units.
- Analyze external market benchmarking survey data and develop competitive pay scales and salary structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Lead the simulation and development of annual budget planning for the rewards function, working closely with the Reward leader to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
- Drive end-to-end compensation review processes (mid-year and annual cycles), ensuring all reward decisions align with established guidelines, internal equity principles, and budget parameters.
Experience: 8-15 years of experience with atleast 5 years in the rewards space; ideal candidate will have a combination of Consulting + Rewards COE background
Scope:
- Part of the Company Rewards Team working on design and roll out of strategic reward programs in the space of Benefits, STI, SIP, LTI etc.
- Proactively monitors and measures the effectiveness of current reward programs and recommends actions based on detailed analysis and market benchmarks
- Designs and executes strategic reward programs such as Sales Incentive plans, Benefits, Variable Plans in line with the company startegy
- Serves as a subject-matter-expert with solid understanding of market best practices
- Partners with internal / external teams on executing reward programs - facilitating alignment between different stakeholders to achieve common approach and delivery
