Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Director - Regional Accounts to lead and manage our key enterprise accounts in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain across India. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in IT services sales, a proven track record of managing large accounts, and the ability to close significant technology deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a portfolio of large Indian enterprise accounts within the BFSI sector, driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at expanding LTIMindtree's footprint and securing large technology deals, including ERP, CRM, Data/AI, Mobility, Customer Experience (CX), and Outsourcing services.

- Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level executives, leveraging strong regional market knowledge and deep industry connections, including relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

- Collaborate closely with delivery, presales, and solution architecture teams to craft compelling proposals and solution offerings aligned with client needs.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles-from opportunity identification and qualification through negotiation and closure-ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

- Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships both within client organizations and internally across LTIMindtree to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

- Mentor and lead regional sales teams to achieve targets and build capability.

Requirements:

- 10-20 years of experience in technology sales, with at least 6-8 years specifically in IT services sales.

- Demonstrated success in managing large enterprise accounts and closing sizable deals involving ERP, CRM, Data/AI, Mobility, CX, and Outsourcing.

- Deep understanding of the regional Indian market, with well-established relationships at the CXO level and with OEM partners.

- Strong expertise in application selling, including SAP, CRM, ERP, time and attendance systems, etc.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with delivery capabilities.

- Preference for candidates from Tier-1 IT services firms with stable career progression; profiles focused on infrastructure, networking, or product sales or with frequent job changes are discouraged.
