Experience : CA with 12-16 years (strictly), max 4 CA attempts

Shift Flexibility : 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM / 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Director, Funds Finance - Private Equity to be based in Mumbai. Reporting to the SVP, Private Equity Finance - Mumbai, this role will oversee and manage all aspects of Financial Reporting and Operations for PE Private Funds performed in India. This is a highly visible role with global interaction across treasury, legal, tax, finance, external fund administrators, and auditors.

Qualifications & Requirements (Strict):

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-15 years of progressive work experience (mix of public accounting and industry preferred)

- Max 4 CA attempts

- Must have experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting (strictly no combination profiles)

- Must have people management experience

- Strong global exposure and functional expertise

- Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP - Investment Company Accounting

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

- Demonstrated leadership ability, team player, proactive

- Experience managing teams through large projects and tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Strategic thinker focused on efficiency and process improvement

- Self-motivated and proactive
