Role Overview
As the Director - Performance Marketing, you will lead the growth engine of VeeFly by managing large-scale performance campaigns while also overseeing creative, content, and SEO teams. You will own the paid media budget, strategy, execution, and optimization with a strong focus on ROI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and can balance analytical rigour with creative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
1. Strategize, plan, and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (YouTube/SEM), programmatic, and affiliate.
2. Manage and optimize a monthly budget of - 75-90 Lakhs, with a focus on CPA, ROAS, and customer acquisition goals.
3. Implement and oversee conversion tracking, attribution models, and customer funnel optimization.
4. Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
5. Analyze campaign data and deliver clear insights to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
6. Collaborate with the tech team to ensure seamless data integration and tracking infrastructure.
Creative, Content & SEO Leadership
1. Provide strategic direction and feedback to the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing collaterals.
2. Oversee the content strategy for blogs, YouTube, and landing pages to support SEO and inbound marketing goals.
3. Guide the SEO team to improve organic reach, domain authority, and keyword rankings.
4. Ensure alignment between paid, organic, and creative initiatives to drive holistic brand and performance growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing large digital budgets.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing multi-functional teams (creative, content, or SEO).
- Deep understanding of the Ad-Tech space, including YouTube marketing, funnel optimization, attribution, and retargeting strategies.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and other performance tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large datasets and dashboards.
- Ability to balance creativity with data; hands-on with campaign execution and strategic in growth planning.
