
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead overall business operations, sales, and performance management.
- Drive revenue growth through - B2C and B2B digital sales initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize - Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Oversee digital marketing strategy campaign management, performance monitoring, and funnel optimization.
- Build and mentor large teams of sales managers, coaches, and representatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement scalable sales processes, analytics-driven decision-making, and operational efficiency models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and strategy teams to achieve aggressive business targets
Preferred candidate profile:
- Proven experience in driving Digital marketing sales in a leadership role
- Must have handled and led 1000+ FTEs in large-scale operations.
- Proven track record for driving strong revenue growth.
- Hands-on expertise in Google & Meta Ads ecosystem
