Role Overview:
Hiring for a senior leadership role with a reputed investment bank for ISDA Documentation, Negotiations and contractual agreements. Looking for LLM/LLB with 16+ years experience into legal with an investment bank or financial services who have worked with global regions in MSA/ISDA/repo/CSA.
Required Skills:
- LLB/LLM qualification
- 18+ years of experience, with at least 10 years of experience in derivatives contracts across multiple asset classes and minimum 5 years or above in senior legal leadership roles
- Leading complex master agreements negotiations and derivatives transactions
- Expertise in derivatives documentation including ISDA, GMRA, prime brokerage agreements, etc.
- Experience in driving transformation and innovation initiatives
