Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced and strategic Learning & Development Head to join one of Indias leading beauty and lifestyle retail brands. This role will be responsible for building and driving a strong learning, talent development, and organizational capability ecosystem across corporate and retail teams.

- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in leadership development, capability building, talent management, and scalable learning frameworks within fast-paced consumer-focused organizations. This is a strategic Talent Development and Organizational Capability role and not a trainer profile.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives and business priorities.

- Build and implement leadership development and capability-building initiatives across corporate and retail functions.

- Design and manage competency frameworks, learning journeys, and talent development programs.

- Drive succession planning, talent development, and employee growth initiatives across levels.

- Lead retail learning and frontline capability enhancement programs to improve employee effectiveness and customer experience.

- Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create scalable learning interventions.

- Build and strengthen organizational learning culture and employee engagement initiatives.

- Drive performance development frameworks and career progression initiatives.

- Develop scalable learning models, digital learning platforms, and blended learning solutions.

- Measure training effectiveness, learning impact, and organizational capability outcomes through defined KPIs and analytics.

- Partner with leadership teams to drive change management and organizational development initiatives.

- Manage external learning partners, consultants, and learning vendors where required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, and Organizational Capability roles.

- Experience working in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, Retail, Lifestyle, FMCG, or Consumer-focused organizations preferred.

- Strong expertise in leadership development, competency mapping, and capability-building frameworks.

- Experience driving retail learning initiatives and frontline workforce capability programs.

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

- Ability to build scalable L&D practices in fast-growing organizations.

- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing capabilities.

- Strategic mindset with strong execution orientation.

- Experience managing employee engagement and talent development programs will be preferred.
