Director - IT Security and Infrastructure based at Bangalore Education: - B. Tech / B.E in computer science with relevant work experience - Any one of CISM (ISACA), CISSP [(ISC)2], GSEC (SANS GIAC), Security+ (CompTIA), - Any one of COBIT 5 Foundation Certification, Six Sigma Certification, TOGAF 9 Certification, Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) Experience: - Candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience in a technical role with increasing responsibility & at least 5 years of managerial experience - Experience of leading a team for IT operations - Experience of working with cross-technology platform - Experience in delivering & managing IT Infrastructure, Network, Security, Application project & support in highly demanding environment. - Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and independently with minimal supervision Primary Responsibilities : - Envision & define future roadmap for IT & Cyber security, leading to implementation - Ensure implementation of leading industry best practices regarding delivery and change management, project management, communication, security, privacy and compliance - IT service management - managing team of IT support analyst ( inhouse / outsource) to deliver SLA based services to stakeholders which includes - incident & service resolutions, asset life cycle management, infrastructure availability management with CSAT measurement - Infrastructure management which includes hardware / software deployment & upgrades, patch & asset management, monitoring and documentation - Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers, network devices, end user devices. - Maintain IT network connectivity across locations along with security checks and monitoring - Setup BCP and DR aligned with leading practices, business needs - Develop, maintain, socialize and enforce IT policies, SOPs, checklist - Develop and maintain documentation about current environment setup - Lead and execute quarterly departmental audits, develop required reports in response to business user and management needs. - Support external audits leading to zero observations and drive organisation towards IT certifications such as ISO, HIPPA, HITECH etc Primary Work Arrangements: - This position is focused on delivering secure, high performance & high availability of IT infrastructure. - Candidate must work and collaborate with IT team, service providers & partners at all locations
