In your role, you lead the Integrated Production management team responsible for your clients or client groups. You're at the helm of this team, overseeing, training and implementing best practices for all your team members. It's your responsibility to drive and ensure the development, training, and adherence to all Integrated Production processes. Your role also entails overseeing the budgets, management of event logistics, change orders, on-site production schedules, and reconciliation by your Integrated Production team members.
Additionally, you provide guidance on staffing requirements within your specific team. You make strategic decisions regarding supplier selection in partnership with subject matter experts and your procurement team.
Key Skills required
1. Superior consulting skills preferably in experiential event management agency
2. Expert in Marketing and have played the role of field marketing in a brand
3. Excellent communicator who can articulate client's value proposition to clients/ prospects
4. Partner with GMs, Practice Leads, and Global Account Leads to define operating models, staffing, and strategic plans for key agency accounts.
5. Drive global consistency and collaboration across regions and project agencies.
6. Contribute to annual business planning by representing client needs and market shifts.
7. Lead by example, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
8. Represent externally through industry forums, awards, and thought leadership.

- Drive client satisfaction and long-term retention through high-quality execution and a "no surprises" delivery approach.
- Lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ensure teams have the right tools, resources, and training to deliver consistently strong results.
- Oversee integrated production processes, continuously evaluating and improving efficiency without compromising creative quality or objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on budget, manage change orders effectively, and maintain strong financial controls.
- Serve as a hands-on producer with deep expertise across live, event, and digital production, providing direct client leadership.
- Identify innovative approaches and efficiencies that enhance client value and business outcomes
- Analyze budgets and forecasts accurately, providing clear financial insights for assigned accounts.
- Demonstrate exceptional project management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complexity and change in a fast-paced environment.
